Positive: We loved our comfortable and stylish double room. It was quiet, well-equipped, and spotless. The staff, especially at reception, were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The spa area was a highlight: the sauna and pool were great, and since it was almost empty, we got to enjoy the space privately. The food was tasty, both for lunch and breakfast, and the hotel’s location just a short drive from Mitrovica was very convenient. The festive Christmas decorations made the whole atmosphere magical, especially with the snow outside.

Negative: The cups provided for coffee and tea were a bit too small, and the bathroom floor tended to flood slightly during showers, though it dried quickly. The jacuzzi at the spa was under maintenance, so we couldn’t use it. Breakfast portions might feel a bit small for some guests, but it was enough for us.

Summary: A wonderful and relaxing stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would be happy to return.

Positive: Very professional and friendly staff in each branch of the hotel. Clean room and facilities. Shiny and elegant interior design. Large breakfast time window (8-11). Wide restaurant menu. Good location, near to the principal routes of Kosovo and to the city centre of Mitrovicë.

Positive: Palace Hotel will definitely go down as one of the most pleasant and surprising places I’ve ever stayed at. From arriving on a red carpet to having the entire spa practically to myself; complete with three different saunas, a jacuzzi, and a large pool with a water jet - this hotel exceeded my expectations tenfold. The breakfast was okay-ish, although we weren’t aware there were several menu options available (we were simply asked “two breakfasts?” and agreed). As you can see from my photo, the breakfast was rather small and would have been expected to be way more interesting, however due to all the exceedingly positive notes of this hotel I will not write it as a negative side nor will I deduce any points because of it. Still, the coffee was excellent and more than made up for it. Parking was convenient, with an easy view of the car right from our room. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, especially the young gentleman on the night shift who checked us in and kindly made sure everything was good during our spa time. A fantastic stay overall... peaceful, elegant, and full of pleasant surprises.

Negative: There were bugs surrounding the windows from the outside. Overall, the room was clean.

Positive: Friendly staff in the reception and restaurant. Place looks very good even there are some issues. Good breakfast buffet. Nice bed.

Negative: Even the place looks fancy, problems appear under the surface. Lack of hot water, leaking roof/ceiling and broken things. Be prepared for this. But still overall a nice stay.

Positive: Wonderful hotel, beautiful rooms, it's clean, also the staff is really friendly. Especially the female receptionist that had the day shift when I was there was extraordinary nice and spoke amazing English. The spa and the gym is very good as well, the guy that works there does a great job too!

Negative: The only downside was the inconsistency with the food. In the evening I ordered ravioli with octopus with fresh lemon sauce and mint and it was extremely delicious. During the day I ordered the same in the afternoon and I was let down, it was only a tiny bit of grilled octopus and with a bit of pre made tomato sauce. Probably the chef was not there during that time
