Positive: Everything about it is great from the decoration, food and staff. MADD to feel very welcome as was our dog.

Negative: It is quite noisy late at night and early morning due to music travelling through the walls.

Summary: 2nd visit and I’m sure there will be more.

Positive: Beautiful journey to the hotel - thanks to an excellent member of staff we managed to make the very tasty ‘tea’ ! Exciting loos and a very generous/dynamic owner who very kindly upgraded us to a suite 😃

Negative: The original bedroom was a tad old fashioned

Positive: Staff were amazing. So friendly and amusing but also 100% professional. Our waiter Robert was a highlight of the stay, he had us in stitches. Food in the restaurant was incredible, one of the best meals I’ve ever had with great (and interesting) wine choice. Room was clean and comfortable. Love the fact the hotel is run on hydro power! Amazing location.

Negative: There was no hot water before dinner, but otherwise perfect.

Summary: Love Palé Hall. Not the cheapest but worth it! Will be back!!
