Positive: We enjoyed our stay, the staff were lovely, the room was basic but clean and the pool area was well maintained. The food wasn't great and you got what you were given rather than what you ordered which we have found a lot whilst travelling in Thailand.

Negative: It was a bit further away from the centre of Pai than I anticipated, although they have a chap who will drive you there for a small fee.

Positive: The rooms were clean and well equipped, the team on hand were lovely and super helpful with taxi service into the city and laundry. The pool area is huge with lots of sun loungers, umbrellas and very clean water. Location is a bit out of town but easy to get around on scooter and very close to Pai Canyon

Negative: Breakfast had a few different options but was quite basic and a little bit repetitive.

Positive: Great location, centre of Pai is very busy and the property is just far enough away to be a really peaceful place to stay. The villas were comfortable, the owners and staff were wonderful. The owner offers a taxi service to town for 100baht and is very friendly.

Positive: We had the mountain view room and it was so peaceful and seeing the misty mornings was lovely. It was nice staying a little bit out of town. The pool was fantastic and so was the Thai food on the menu.

Negative: Bed was pretty hard but that's my only complaint.

Positive: Lovely staff. Nice and clean pool with a spacious cabin. The wifi worked well. The garden was well maintained and the breakfast was fine! Do not expect a 5 star resort, but our overall experience was amazing and extremely well worth the money. We recommend this place if you have a rental bike/car!! Extra thanks to the lovely staff.
