PADGETT’S PARADISE offers so much! On the Water (Canal) with TWO BOAT SLIPS! One is a tie on and the other is a lift. Filet Table with a sink and hose and cutting board top with knife sharpener that leans over the water. Canal is clean. My son catches fish there all the time ranging from sizes. Usually crystal clear canal. Great for SNORKELING 🤿. Close by is the No Name Pub. Take a nice golf cart ride there and experience the No Name Pub. Enjoy the beautiful key deer. Very friendly ❤️Key West is approx 45mins south of us. Mallory Square in Key West is Adventure in Itself. Feel like Sight Seeing there is the Blue Hole Nature Walk and Wildlife Trails. Easy Laidback Life with Sunshine Rays, Crystaling Waters, Spectacular Fishing Location, Kayaking, Snorkeling, Diving, Enjoying Great Location, ABOVE GROUND POOL WITH DECK…. So much more. The neighborhood puts on so many activities throughout the year. We truely believed God Blessed us with this Fabulous Home we know it’s our job to share it with the world to Enjoy this Paradise with us! Has a little Fire-pit for the winter time which is normally 70 degrees. We Hope to Share Our Paradise with You!

Summary: The listing is titled Padgetts Paradise and it truly is! Everything you could ask for in a vacation rental. Secluded getaway just minutes from doing it all including fishing, snorkeling, dining out, touring, kayaking, shopping, you name it, it's there! There's even a flea market and a health food store! Hubby really enjoyed the canal and catching fish there on the days we didn't have a boat (only rented yhe boat part of the stay). Saw a variety of fish including grouper, barracuda and a four foot nurse shark. The jellyfish were beautiful to watch. Like lace doilies floating around. The water in the canal is so clear it looks like it's only inches deep but more like five feet. Sitting quietly on the lower dock we were rewarded with the sight of a green heron looking for fish. Across the canal is a refuge so no buildings, just woodlands. In the morning you can see all the birds leaving their nests in the rookery. Of course, the Key deer are a whole category themselves. They are very friendly and so very cute and begging to be your friend but we're not allowed to feed them. But they are adorable. There are going to be a lot of babies around from the looks of it come end May or so! Two of them had good sets of antlers when we arrived but shed them within a week. Perhaps the best part were the sunsets. I cannot say which was the best but we looked forward to our daily cocktails on the upper deck as the sun went down in all its beautiful splendor with nothing to block the spectacular view. Amazing! Have your camera ready!! Night pictures were even great with the moon reflecting in the canal. Oh, and the coolest Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville bike for touring around for sunsets with a different perspective. Hated to leave and would def rent Padgetts Paradise again!

Summary: I had the best stay at Padgett Paradise. This house is absolutely gorgeous. I stayed for about a month and had ample opportunity to enjoy the home as well as the surrounding keys. The host has so much to offer at this home. Boat lifts, pool, cornhole, darts, a bike, beach chairs and it was stocked with everything you could possibly need. They even left us toothbrushes and toothpaste in the medicine cabinets. It was such a great experience that I would spend a month here every year. The neighborhood is quiet and you can enjoy the sunset from the balcony or just down the road overlooking the ocean. The Key deer are all over the place and greeted me each time I came back from an outing. The host Ashlyn was so helpful and very responsive to any questions. This is definitely a 5 star place. I hope you get the opportunity to enjoy it. Thank you for sharing your home!
