Positive: We stayed one night before our Halong cruise and enjoyed our stay. The hotel has amazing views from the top floors with floor to ceiling windows, this was the highlight of the hotel for us. The room also had a bath with a glass wall into the bedroom, so we could enjoy the view from inside. The food for dinner was also very good. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Negative: It's not a hotel for value for money, in Vietnam you can stay in very new hotels with better facilities and benefits for this price. The hotel felt a little tired and worn and lacked a warm and luxury atmosphere. The room could do with some renovations. It felt like a hotel for what we used it for, stay for a night to enjoy the view of the bay. Breakfast is only served until 9.30 and they take things away very quickly from 9.30, so get there early.

Positive: The stay was fantastic. We even got a room upgrade and the staff fulfilled our every wish and were super friendly. We had a beautiful view of Halong Bay. The breakfast had a very large selection and was very tasty. The beach by the hotel is also super nice. We were also happy to book the boat trip through the hotel. It was luxurious and very nice. We will come back. 10/10

Positive: Best hotel we stayed at so far. Exceptional service. Top notch facilities. The staff were super helpful. We were given a free upgrade as well. The Serenity Spa on the site was really good. The receptionist over there even volunteered to babysit our 2 year old to allow my wife and I to enjoy the facility. The view from the room was just superb- the beach and the Haolong Bay. Just mind-blowing.
