Positive: Loved the staff, very helpful and friendly. It's my 2nd time staying here and the rooms suited us perfectly. Breakfast was a bonus and great selection. The cleaners were great.

Negative: Some floors are clearly labeled NO SMOKING, but people are still smoking on these floors. As a smoker myself, I respect non-smokers, and having non-smoking floors is key to those who want non-smoking rooms. It's such a shame as this place is a beautiful place, but when you walk down corridors past rooms with people who you can see smoking, it spoils the stay. Have more respect or go outside. The hotel really needs to reinforce this policy. The white curtain in my twin room was ripped, not an issue, but it does affect the ratings of your hotel. The telephone was unplugged. These also need to be checked to ensure the room is restored.

Positive: The property is so gussy up,posh and in an excellent position close by lots of restaurants, restaurants 15mins walk to metro line 4 with taxi 6mins or 10 depending on the traffick. Amy is an excellent staff she made sure we enjoyed our stay and the whole front desk staffs for superb,polite helpful 👌👍☺️☺️😇😇😇😇🥰.
