Negative: Reaching the hotel is difficult as there are no sign boards for PACK shimla. Also since this a new property no body knows the name. Locating took me alot of time. The food is pathetic. Lot of disturbance as this property was under renovation. Even if you order food through zomato it will take appprx 2 hours.
