Positive: Close to the beach and local amenities. Fantasy Island a short walk away (20 minutes). Welcome fizz & chocolates were much appreciated! Owner communication was excellent. Thoroughly recommend to anyone ☺️

Positive: We loved everything as soon as we opened the door. It was an amazing wow! Beautiful inside and out. it looked clean but also it smelt clean... Beautiful bedrooms and clean lining and fresh towels. Nice and spacious Beautiful finishing touches even a lovely bottle of wine and chocolate's. The only problem we had is that none of us wanted to leave. We wish we'd booked for longer. It just felt like a home 😊

Negative: Honestly I can say we couldn't find a single fault

Positive: Location was great and the club house on site had decent meals and friendly staff allowing dogs in too.

Negative: Overpriced for what it was unfortunately the double bedroom stunk of urine resulting in me sleeping in the living room I’m not one to complain but obviously this needs sorted for future guests apart from that we had a nice week .

Negative: The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable,. When we stripped the beds, the quilts was stained with a stale urine smell. The price for the caravan through booking. Com was ridiculous for a 2-night stay. When i contacted booking. Com. They was rude and wouldn't compromise with there fault on pricing. It was either pay up or cancel. I would never book through booking.com again

Positive: Host is very friendly, and did try to help.

Negative: On arrival the caravan smelt of cigarettes, the toilet smelt very strongly of urine, and the bedding in the double room smelt really bad of b.o cigarettes and just a horrible fusty smell to the sheets, I ended up sleeping on the sofa for two nights, host is very friendly and did offer a free night stay and also a discount if I returned, unfortunately I don’t think I will return for the price I think it is overpriced, also wasn’t aware the hamper shown in pictures is only given as an extra cost and needs to be asked for xx

Positive: The caravan was beautifully presented with lovely decor and was immaculately clean. Everything we needed was provided, plenty of crockery, utensils and glassware - even buckets and spades were provided! We were very grateful to arrive to a bottle of Prosecco. The cereal dispensers were a lovely surprise as well! beach was a 2 minute walk from the caravan, there are plenty of shops, cafes and arcades around which are a very short walk away. Fantasy island is a few minutes drive from the caravan and Skegness is just 10 mins down the road. We must have been lucky with the week we picked to travel as the caravan park was very quiet.

Negative: Nothing to note.

Summary: Had an incredible family week, will definitely be booking again! Thank you x
