Positive: Fantastic suite. Our suite had filtered water so no need to buy and carry drinking water (not all suites had this). We were also happy to find dishwashing soap, cleaning supplies, salt/pepper, coffee, coffee filters, sugar, cling wrap, and other pantry items so that we didn't have worry about the little things, especially since we didn't have a car to go to the big grocery stores which were far away. We also thought it was super thoughtful to welcome us with 4 ice cold beers and 4 ice cold la croix waters. The decor in the suite was beautiful and very comfortable and the suite was clean. Beach is at the end of the street (2 small blocks) and easy to get to. There is a great bakery a block away, great restaurant La Negra steps from the entrance, Oxo a block away and another little grocery store 2 blocks away, and many other restaurants and shopping super close. Rooftop Pool was clean and great for cooling off in the sun. Building is new and well maintained.

Summary: Fantastic, clean, beautiful and comfortable suite close to restaurants beach and tacos.

Positive: Excellent, clean and well appointed unit with great amenities: pool, gym and fully sourced kitchen with all the supplies we needed...

Negative: Construction right next door, made unwanted noise and dust... but not the condo's fault...

Summary: We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the unit. Great value!!!

Positive: It’s in my favorite area of Bucerías, the apartment is gorgeous, and the staff were wonderful.

Negative: Guests should know there is nonstop construction noise during the day, but that will be the case in most of Bucerías these days.
