Positive: This was not my first stay at this hotel. I can't say enough how great it is in terms of quality, comfort, location,, and staff. 10/10 all around....EXCEPT, this time when I booked, I went through booking.com it said last room available AND it was my understanding that this was a hot tub room. That is one of the best things here is the hot tubs in room. When I got to my room it had a fireplace but no hot tub. Not sure who is to blame here but I would never have booked the room if I knew ahead there was no hot tub.

Negative: I didn't like expecting a hot tub room and finding no hot tub , not even a bath tub. Shower only. I normally book directly through the hotel. First time having this problem.

Summary: Great everything, so close, yet so far from SF.
