Positive: It was so quiet with access to the beach and close to Gearhart golf!

Negative: Many of the doors wouldn’t open and the doors need replaced and you couldn’t open windows

Summary: It was great place to sleep at but getting in and out of the house was harder than it should be

Positive: Great location, close to beach, coffee shops, groceries. Beautiful gardens, privacy and roomie. Great foyer right off the sidewalk for loading and unloading..

Negative: Kitchen could be a little wider but really not an issue. The doors are a bit awkward, kitchen door needs work.

Negative: Kitchen ill-equipped. There was a hand-written note in cupboard to wash dishes before use😳. Few windows opened and it was hot. Appliances very old. All beds only full size, could not have accommodated 8 or even 4 couples comfortably. No instructions for bbq and it was filthy. Piled up garbage in back, No one emptied previous guests garbage in cans outside so overflowing. Overall grubby feel. Needed a deep clean and paint. Gross upholstered chairs in bathroom with stains, just throw those out. For the price, expected a little more cleanliness and updating.

Summary: Location, grounds fabulous. House run down.furnishings tired.

Positive: Lots of space. Grounds are gorgeous.

Negative: Property is in serious need of TLC: knobs falling off cabinets, TVs don’t work, beds too small, two burners on stove don’t work, most of the doors are warped and so don’t lock properly.
