Negative: Breakfast maitre’d wasn’t very nice when we arrived to breakfast at 720am and told us we couldn’t sit down at a table and told us to go off for 10 mins. Rules are rules. Nothing is open until 730am so waking up at 5am to the roosters and having nothing to eat or drink wasn’t great. There is no room service either to order anything pre 730am. Breakfast quiche had pork and there was no sign to inform guests that it contained pork. On the other hand the dinner staff at the restaurant were great and nice. When we checked out there was no assistance taking luggage from room to taxi. Man who I think was the porter was just standing there talking to the taxi driver and saw me walking passed 4 times with our suitcases and didn’t offer to help. I wouldn’t say this is a 4.5 star hotel at all.
