Positive: Great location, great ammenities. Friendly staff, on such a beautiful beach. Rooms were big and spacious. After an initial hiccup with the room, the team did what they could to make it up to us.

Negative: The breakfast was very average. I didn’t like that we had to pay for a cot when we already were paying a premium price for the room. Also the images of the rooms were vastly different to the room we were originally given so just be prepared for that.

Summary: Awesome hotel, one of the best on the island for sure. We would absolutely stay there again.

Positive: The resort is located in a fabulous position directly overlooking the reef. The grounds have been very well maintained and the facilities are very clean. The staff were all lovely and helpful. Our room vas very spacious and cool.

Negative: My only gripe would be for a slightly more varied breakfast buffet option.

Summary: We had a fabulous stay at Pacific Resort.

Negative: We were a little disappointed that although we booked 2 family bungalows under the same name they were not together.

Positive: The staff are brilliant. Can’t do enough for you. We felt like family hugging all the staff when we left. Beautiful resort. Super clean and well kept. Free kayaks and life jackets. The ocean and beach are super clean. The family rooms are big and comfortable. Positives: Great staff Lunch is good Beautiful grounds well maintained Free laundry service Free drinking water Location and beach - next to so many restaurants and shops Night market and cultural show round the corner Free reef shoes and kayaks Smart tv on with the apps in the room. Highly recommend

Negative: The breakfast was the worst I have ever had a hotel. So basic and the same every day but you could order off the a la carte menu too. Kids club was a bit low energy. I would have liked to have see the kids doing more active activities. But those a minor complaints. The place is lovely. Highly recommend.

Positive: This hotel is very well taking care of. Everything is clean and in good order. Staff is also very helpful and nice. Breakfast is absolutely sufficient and varied enough. We were a family of 4 with 2 young teenager and we never missed anyhting when having breakfast. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Negative: We had a premium family room at the pool area. Those ones in particular are super thin-wallet apartements. We could literally hear every single word from the TV from our neighbour, as well every single spoken word when she was making phone calls. Hard for us sleeping in the evening. The reception helped out with asking the guest to be more quiet, however the problems are the thin pappmache-walls.

Summary: Very nice hotel where everything is in good order.
