Summary: Like area around the hotel. Maintenance have to improve, my room broken shower head holder, mirror light and toilet seats. Have secured parking space.

Summary: Overall as always Pacific staff are friendly & accommodating but my guests said its hightime the bed foam/cushion should be replaced cause it has bumps already. Soft curtain shower should be put in the bathroom. Aircon has tugging noise in the room, but overall the place is a safe haven.
