Positive: I like the design of the building because it is really like the Spanish era. I love the vibes and their spacious, clean rooms. I also thank the staff who actually waited for our arrival even if it was already midnight. Thank you so much. ♥️

Negative: The location because to be honest, we got lost first because the google map gave us wrong directions (it gave us the other way where we enter to their neighborhood with very narrow, and non-concrete road). We arrived at midnight so it was really a frustrating experience because we really wanted to rest from a very long roadtrip.

Positive: The location was really convenient and it was easy to get a ride wherever I needed to go.

Negative: No refrigerator and no microwave. The use of the word residences is deceiving because when I think of a residence I think of a place to cook and keep and reheat leftover foods.
