Positive: Well located, modern design and whilst compact, it had all you would need for a stay. Some great fish restaurants nearby within walking distance too and only a 2 minute walk from a sandy beach.

Negative: Upon arrival there was an overpowering smell of sulphur/rotten-eggs within the property. This it turns out is due to the water services being of a certain type however the problem is definitely overbearing and the presence of Hydrogen Sulphide (eggs) has in the water turned silver jewellery black instantly upon contact with the water. Whilst harmless it was off-putting, especially when showering and could be eliminated with water treatment measures being introduced.

Summary: A worthwhile trip, but has highlighted possible issues with moving to the area for us.

Positive: Everything in the house is thought out to the smallest detail. There is everything for a comfortable stay, such as dishes, you could prepare food on the spot, coffee, milk, salt, sugar, even toothpaste, and other necessary household items, all of high quality, it allowed not to worry about the little things. The owner also provided detailed instructions on how to get into the house, use the air conditioning and other things for a comfortable vacation in the house.

Negative: Pillows and blankets are of rather low quality. The pillows are not very comfortable to sleep on.

Positive: The hosts were super nice and the place - cozy. The location is good - close to the sea and restaurants. Overall had a great time for chilling and relaxing.

Negative: The sense of privacy might be better, since the huge window faces neighbour house and the street, and the curtains were not very covering. Also was a bit disappointed that the LED candles were not working, as they were available.

Positive: I chose Pērle to get right of everything and everyone. To enjoy quitness and being with myself. And for this Pērle is the perfect place to be. Pērle is indeed a very cozy and quiet place for recharging batteries. Sea is in very short walking distance. And in wintertime it's so beautiful and quiet there. Pērle property is quite small. For one person or couple, it's perfect. There were few things that could be improved but the end.....it didn't affect the main reason why choose to stay there.
