Positive: Fantastic overnight stay. Incredibly friendly hosts and a homely atmosphere throughout all stay. Peace, quiet and amazing cleanliness. Lovely pool and garden area. A good starting point for exploring Tuscany and Umbria. Access very well signposted. The hosts produce their own olive oil, which you can buy.
