Positive: Good place for winter skiing season. Its not in the center but there is a transport every morning to go to ski lifts. To get back is possible down the mountain to the road and very short walk to apartments. Friendly and skillful personal. Can arrange ski-touring activities. Ukrainian friendly environment. Nice evenings, could be some other bigger groups who has their activities so need to be more silent. Good prices for drinks. Breakfast+dinner is good enough - nothing so special but good food. In general good place to go back.
Negative: Place a bit far away from main Gudauri. Rooms are quite small, especially for 3 persons - 3 beds take place and there is very narrow gaps between them. And of course, for europenians not always comfortable to have such bathrooms where shower, wc are at the same place-ground without separation for water.
Summary: Good atmosphere, price, personal.

Positive: Everything was excellent. The rooms were warm and comfortable, and both the breakfasts and dinners were very tasty. There was a convenient transfer to the ski slopes every morning, the WiFi worked well, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to everyone and am already planning to visit again next year.

Positive: Very reasonable price for the offer. Ideal place for those who want to have a party every night without having to get somewhere out. However If you want peace and quiet, probably it’s not the place for you, nevertheless you still can get quite a good sleep at higher floors
Negative: Breakfasts are very monotonous, if you stay longer that 3 days, it’s annoying

Positive: There is a homelike feel to Casa Ozon Gudauri where you feel very cosy. The 4th level has a big common room with sofas and a screen allowing us to watch moovies in the evenings. The atmosphere at the bar area is great. The fact that (delicious) dinners are included is absolutely great since you don't have to worry about where you'll have dinner after ski. The staff is super friendly and will go a long way to make you feel confortable.
Negative: Please be aware that bathrooms are shared.
