Summary: There were sugar ants in the bathroom. There was, the shower was very difficult to turn on. It took me five, tries to figure it out. Water pressure was terrible. Customer service was great. The room was nice. And the noise level was low.

Summary: The automative check in system is very slow and doesn’t work properly. Hotel could do with some updates and the bedding didn’t seem very clean and the pillows are completely flat.

Summary: No live person at night to check in. There is a virtual agent. The check in was not a problem, but it’s nice to have a live human in front of you. The property is old and run down. The rooms are extremely dirty. There was black mold in the bathroom. Food was left in the microwave. There was urine stains down the side of the toilet. Paint is chipped everywhere. I would not stay here again.
