Positive: We were given plenty of options for breakfast times and checking out times. Comfy pillows and bed, although not a double more a three quarter. Good shower with shower gel provided. Fridge and freezer if needed. Car park to rear. Front desk man was very polite.

Negative: Window in bedroom with ensuite did not have a handle to close and could do with secondary glazing due to road noise. Barhroom light needs looking into, as you have to have main bedroom light on for bathroom light to come on. Needs skimming in areas and general tlc, which i think is receiving as we saw a workman there. No coffee sachets. Only 1 milk and 1 tea bag, but plenty of green tea which we do not like. Did not know until late last night so was not able to buy any or ask staff. We opted for full English, but no toast was offered although there was a side plate! No smoke alarm or carbon monoxide alarm in bedroom. Wires hanging down from ceiling

Positive: We had a lovely one night stay as we were meeting exactly what we needed for our family to stay over to be near by . Good space and clean and comfy

Negative: Was a hot night so maybe a fan be helpful . The lock was hard to uses for the door for the room but great otherwise
