Positive: Early check in at 1pm and late check out at 11am. Spacious room and nice environment. The lobby provides free drink till 9pm with relax atmosphere.

Negative: We stayed 2 nights and the dinner on 2nd night was not as good as 1st night.

Positive: English speaking staff for easier communication. All staff are nice and helpful. We stayed in Delux family room which is spacious with private onsen. Location is convenient within walking distance to bus stop from Nagoya and sightseeing points nearby.

Negative: No response to our messages via booking.com and need to get reply via booking.com's customer service.

Positive: Graciousness of the staff who made us feel welcome and special. Quiet environment; excellent Japanese breakfast and dinner - attentive staff who allowed us to savor the ambiance and careful preparation, presentation of fresh, delicious food.

Negative: Nothing. Just wish the foot bath in the garden was open in the evenings, weather permitting.

Summary: Wish we could have stayed longer but will make an effort return for another visit.
