Positive: Location and the free parking was very convenient

Negative: Toilet seats were all broken, not enough cutlery available and upstairs floors very creaky.

Summary: Great stay. The minor issues did not ruin the stay and everyone that stayed said they would use again.

Positive: The location and parking were great for our needs.

Negative: Very basic, a bit grubby, for example dirty marks on the walls. Not enough glasses and no coat hangers at all so unable to hang clothes. Downstairs toilet light not working. Bedside lamps not plugged in so we had to move the beds to access the socket to plug in.

Summary: Overall suited our purpose regarding the location but the overall opinion was very disappointing therefore we only staye

Positive: Great location near the centre of the town nice and quiet on a night. Clean and tidy with plenty of space both beds are very comfy. Nice kitchen area with a large fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher. A laundry area is available adjacent to the apartment off the entrance way. A great shower in the bathroom nice and hot with plenty of space. Easy to access the key on arrival via a lockable key safe.

Negative: Being on a motorcycle we needed to be careful getting onto the parking area due to gravel and a sloping uneven driveway. Once on the hard standing no issues. No kettle in the kitchen so had to boil water in the pan for a cup of coffee/tea.

Positive: Location was perfect as we was djing at moor park and club review in the town which was literally minutes away to both. It had lots of space for parking. And if i remember right 7 single beds in total. House was clean and had everything we needed to get us through the weekend. Price was great and access to the property was simple.The hosts were very responsive through chat from start to finish and also made sure we had what we needed throughout the stay. The neighbour was also very friendly. I would 100 percent recommend and we would definitely use again.

Negative: There was nothing not to like.

Summary: Amazing hosts. Great value for money. Great location.

Positive: Parking next to the property and back garden is good for smoking,a lot of rooms,and a nice kitchen, big TV

Negative: This is something you should know before you go . There are no chairs at all but a lot of desks so a little bit strange. For me this is a problem I'm working a lot on my laptop so sitting on the bench they're providing is not comfortable.
