Summary: Facilities should be inspected more regularly by Manager, and maintenance department need to be more thorough and honest with the jobs they carry out, making sure they keep guests informed of what they are doing/steps they`re taking to alleviate issues raised by guests in a honest manner, and making sure they complete any job they start.

Summary: Beautiful, clean hotel. I stayed for about two weeks and every staff person I interacted with was as helpful as possible + very friendly. Food was good. Management tried to be helpful but seemed unwilling to resolve certain problems (e.g., my expensive outlet adapter being destroyed during a power surge). Taxi service is VERY expensive; however if you are able, request Mr. Ajadi Emfan as your driver - he is punctual, professional (in dress and attitude) and knowledgeable. Ultimately, I will stay here again during my next visit to Ibadan.

Summary: The hotel lives up to the image one gets online. It has all the usual stuff but my interactions with reception staff and bar staff left a very poor impression, nothing gets done in a hurry. Staff in the restaurant were quite pleasant and helpful.
