Summary: The shower was in a sunking tub so for older people it’s hard to get in and out and nothing is mentioned about what on the listing. The steps up to the house are different heights and there isn’t any lighting. Over all it was ok.

Summary: Nice stay for our family of 3. Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet!! The shower is quirky and has a pretty decent step down…. Yep, a step down into the tub/shower!!! We had no issues but would caution anyone who may have limitations with not being able to navigate the step as this is the only shower in the home. Host was great and responded quickly!!

Summary: This is a hidden gem for sure!! We stayed for a week for a baseball tournament. The house was perfect for us! Great quiet location ! washer/dryer was a huge plus for us. We did a bonfire half of the time we were there! The tub was super cool for us because it was something to experience in a lifetime but if your not use to stairs or not able to climb stairs, that’s something to think about. Everything you need in the kitchen is there . I was able to work from home there , so the desk area was another plus for us! We will definitely come stay here again!!

Summary: Overall a decent place. Shower is hard to get in and out of as you have to step down into and the ceiling is slopped so not ideal for tall people. A lot of light switches that don’t do anything and not well lit at night to access the door.

Summary: Most of this property has been remodeled. It is nicely decorated. The king bed was very comfortable. The queen bedroom didn’t have a TV but that didn’t bother my daughter. That bed was not as sturdy as the King. We didn’t cook any meals there but the kitchen seemed well equipped. We did have to message the owner who lives on the other side of the duplex regarding the strong odor in the home. I noticed there were plug ins everywhere which tells me this is an ongoing issue. He did bring us plug in refills. We also contacted him regarding the air conditioning. The upstairs never got very cool. The thermostat could not catch up with the temperature it was set. The owner was going to have someone look into that. The upstairs bathroom was not pleasant. It states it is a sunken tub, which it is. If you have any difficulty stepping in & out of fairly large distances, this place is not for you. We can tell that it has tried to be updated but the tub faucet was falling off the wall with lots of caulk already around it. There was no ventilation in the bathroom so this combined with the heat upstairs was difficult to get ready without sweating. To be fair, the temperature was in the 90’s. The owner was responsive. We did leave early & the check out process wasn’t sent to us in time for us to complete all tasks. I would suggest having the check out list inside the home for renters to see at anytime.

Summary: Amazing duplex! In a great neighborhood and has amazing little porch for coffee! Stayed a couple nights and the place was clean, quit and the bed was comfortable! Shopping close and so was the interstate!
