This beautiful vacation home is located in a quiet, peaceful community on the Utah/ Arizona border overlooking Lake Powell and a short 10 minute drive to city center of Page, AZ.

Our welcoming home is both comfortable and convenient. Enjoy outdoor living on the Large wrap around deck with views of Lake Powell and the surrounding area.

Summary: We loved our stay at the Lake Powell Overlook. The house was beautiful, immaculately clean and located with a great view. Would go back without thinking. We felt that since this is a boating and beach location there should be a few beach towels and maybe a small cooler for use. Another small touch might be one box of tissues. Lastly, as a guest, checkout instructions are important. Even after asking for them, they were never provided. This is why I was unable to provide a strong review for communication. Overall a lovely home.

Summary: Easy access to marina! House was abt a 5 min drive so we got to spend more time on the lake! House was really nice and everyone fit comfortable. The game space was a hit! Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The Vrbo was fantastic! We came down to play at Lake Powell and this property was perfect for it. Only minutes from Wahweap Marina and a beautiful view! Everyone had plenty of space in the home. Great layout. Great amenities. The best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a VRBO, which was great for our family because we cooked while we were there. We will definitely be staying here again! The owner was very quick to respond. Overall a fantastic experience!

Summary: This house was great. Clean, and comfortable. Perfect place to recover from the day at the lake and close enough to do it again over and over for the weekend. Having plenty of space to park with the boat helped make this a stress free weekend

Summary: Booked this for time with my family and it did not disappoint! Lake view. Extremely clean. Property had everything including shampoo/shower gel dispensers in the showers. We loved our stay here and if I visit page again I would rent this property all over again! Communication with host was clear and quick.
