Positive: Excellent location. Recently renovated property. Well equipped. Easy instructions.

Negative: I visited during an heatwave and these are becoming more frequent having access to AC would help.

Positive: The room was clean and spacious and the facilities well maintained. The accommodation was close to the city centre and public transport. The property had some shared facilities, such as kitchen with allocated fridge shelves and cupboards per room and a workspace area which was helpful.

Negative: The property did not have an on-site staff member or receptionist, which made it difficult to resolve issues during the stay. Although the manager was available remotely, responses were not always as prompt as hoped. Some noise can be expected during the stay. The surrounding area may not suit all guests, as there was noticeable street activity.

Positive: Room was very comfortable, lovely pillows and blankets. The place was kept very clean and was very spacious. Location was absolutely fine, I just walked from the train station and to the city. The streets are beautiful so doesn't matter if its not central.

Negative: Minor points just that there was coffee but no sugar, and there was no black tea in stock when I was there.
