Positive: Great location for ski in and out into and from a green slope. Lovely atmosphere for Christmas and very family friendly with entertainment on some of the evenings. Comfortable reception area with a fire with excellent spa facilities. Staff very helpful. Buffet breakfast and dinner good variety and nice wine list. Special menu for Christmas Eve. Definitely would stay again.

Negative: Rooms very warm at night.

Positive: The staff at this hotel are exceptional. Customer experience is clearly incredibly important to the team and nothing was too much trouble. Every member of staff we met were warm, polite and friendly. The food was excellent, such good variety and everything was delicious. The spa is beautiful and we took advantage of the very relaxing massages. Ski in ski out was important to us and the hotel is right next to the slopes. This hotel more than exceeded our expectations.

Negative: The standard rooms aren’t very large. With 2 large ski bags there wasn’t much room to move around. We had booked connecting rooms but didn’t realise that this would be on the first floor with one of the rooms views completely obscured by a fire escape. This was disappointing but as the hotel was full we weren’t able to move. If you are getting connecting rooms I would recommend asking for the 2nd floor and above.
