3 Bedroom House in Kerr, Bidwell

“Our little house on the corner” was built in 1954. We totally remodeled it this spring for short term renting. The upstairs is now a master suite and two bedrooms are on the first floor. You will not be disappointed with the style and decor. Everything is new but the hardwood refinished floors. If you are traveling through Gallia County for a wedding, reunion, party or just vacationing you will enjoy our home. No other persons will share the home with you. Bob Evans Farm Restaurant, Merry Family Winery, GreenValley Gathering Place are all just minutes away. Downtown Gallipolis is just a quick drive too.
The daily rate is for two adults and each additional adult is 25.00 per night. There is no charge for children under 16. There is a small one time cleaning fee of 35.00 for the downstairs and an additional 20.00 if upstairs is used also. This too is a one time charge.

Summary: It was a nice cozy place to stay. My daughter wanted to come see the Mothman Museum for her bday she is into the history of the Mothman. This was a perfect little stay. We also saw the Gallipolis lights. They were beyond magical.

Summary: My band played at Rio Grande University and we rented this house so we didn’t have to drive back to Columbus that night. The house was clean and well appropriated with everything one would need including extra tooth brushes in case you forgot one. Highly recommend

Summary: We enjoyed our overnight stay at “Our Little House on the Corner.” We were in town for one night to attend a wedding, and the house had everything we (5 of us) needed. Beds were comfortable, communication with owner was exceptional, and ease of checking in and checking out was excellent. Highly recommend.
