Positive: What a lovely, clean and comfortable place! I wish we could stay longer and use the pool area and all facilities. Very nice and helpful host, too - thank you😊 Close to the big cathedral and main street with shops and restaurants.

Positive: Amazing. The property is very clean and well maintained. The host is fantastic. Very friendly and welcoming. It's centrally located near the city center and shops. The price is excellent. If you stay here you will enjoy it.

Negative: Nothing. For any Americans, this is more of an Airbnb than hotel. It's a room in a guest house. I misunderstood that when booking but have no regrets.

Summary: Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay

Positive: A modern hotel with bright, clean and fresh room. The host is outstanding, he is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from The Mother See of holy Etchmiadzin. I recommend OUR House for anyone who wish to visit Vagharshapat.

Negative: The front door to the house needs a good scrubbing, as do some of the kitchen cupboard doors.😁
