Positive: Great position overlooking the Tamar River. Only 15min from Launceston so was very easy to get around. Very comfortable & quiet area. Everything you could need for a beautiful stay.
Negative: The water pressure could be higher & more heat. Shower was over bath and not easy to get over the side of bath for someone with less mobility.
Summary: Had a great time especially looking out over the river while having breakfast.

Negative: I didn't meet the hosts. If there was a problem, I couldn't contact them. They did leave a key in the door to open the house.
