Positive: This space was so beautiful-the pool was warm and gorgeous. The room was spacious and well appointed and there was even an option to have breakfast for a small fee. We've been traveling all over Italy and have stayed at a lot of booking.com spots, but this host was the very BEST! She was so kind and accommodating and even helped us with dinner reservations. It's clear she loves her community and put a great deal of work and thought into the renovation of this wonderful space.

Negative: Everything was perfect.

Summary: Gorgeous pool, excellent location and amazing host!

Positive: This is not a hotel, it is a huge private villa on a huge plot containing a garden, parking, a huge swimming pool and the feeling of a place for the rich. The villa is modern and well-designed, all the accessories are working and modern The internet is fast (which is not a trivial thing in southern Italy) The breakfast is rich and contains everything a person needs But the main thing in our encounter with this villa is the owner. The owner and her son are friendly, hospitable, very eager to help and assist.

Negative: There is really nothing to find bad about this lovely place. The garden is a bit neglected for our taste, perhaps because we are used to a more European standard But this is truly an amazing villa for a long stay.

Positive: Giuseppe gave us a very warm welcome and showed us around the entire accommodation. The place is stunning and offers everything you need. Modern, clean rooms and a large, beautiful outdoor pool with a lovely garden. All of this is set amidst the olive fields of Andria. Communication with Giuseppe is easy and always reliable. He responds quickly and is very helpful. The breakfast also offers everything you could need.

Positive: The Villa was very nice with a great pool..also Guiseppe gave us lots of stuff to look at..a Must see. The staff gave us a good feeling, very well maintained villa with all stuff u need.. i would say..a hidden gem! there a only 3 rooms wich have everything u need.
