Positive: I liked the style of resort, comfortable bed, attractive grounds, room and lobby area. It was all very nice

Negative: Our room didn’t have a TV. Whether by design to reduce noise or other, I didn’t mind at the time. It might be nice to have a small TV, however. Did notice the adjoining door allowed more sound transfer. Again not a big deal as friends next door, but this could be annoying otherwise.

Summary: Very relaxing and quiet , lovely grounds, comfortable, affordable and stylish motel

Positive: This is a cool and sylish hotel in a decent, out-of-town location. The common areas in particularly are very nice and very well designed and decorated. The staff are excellent. The general "vibe" - particularly sitting out in the large patio and having a drink at sunset - is great.

Negative: This hotel is a renovated motel and....boy....does it show it's lineage. The rooms are small by modern standards. The retrofitted air-conditioning is a disaster - very loud and inefficient. The bathrooms are just downright weird; for some reason, they have decided to keep the original, very low height of the countertops. They have also kept the original door locks in the rooms, which means dealing with a large, clunky traditional key instead of a card one. In short, this gives the impression of a decorator's "passion project" by someone who doesn't really know hotels.

Summary: If Style Is More Important Than Functionality. This Could Be Your Hotel. Otherwise, Give It A Pass.

Positive: Loved the central reception, lobby and lounge areas. The wrap around outdoor seating with hidden speakers created a great atmosphere, along with the contemporary planting and secluded bocci area.

Negative: The air conditioning in the room was quite noisy, unfortunately. At least it was effective in modulating the temp!
