Positive: Great location, easy parking in front of the apartment. Clean, very spacious and usable kitchen with everything you might need. Bedrooms had rolling shutters like a proper German place, which is amazing if you're sensitive to light. The place was mostly finished, I don't agree with the reviews of it not being finished.
Negative: The fee for bedlinen is very high if you're only staying one night (20 euros). We ended up simply bringing our own. Keep in mind that when you walk to the larger bedroom you will have full view of the shower, so if you're sharing the place with friends that might get interesting. Also keep in mind that no doors lock (they're sliding doors), except for the downstairs toilet.
