Positive: Everything it’s a beautiful building.

Negative: There are some beds that I would like to create a herb garden in for you to use in the kitchen. You could have the most beautiful garden, baskets etc. you would be surprised on how people react to a good garden and plant selection. I’m convinced more people would stay based upon that being an attraction. I have a vision, you could have open garden days.

Positive: Beautiful hotel in a lovely setting, very friendly and helpful staff. The evening meals we had in the on-site pub were extremely good.

Negative: Rooms were very nice and clean but only a double bed. For guests used to a super king this didn’t make for a very comfortable nights sleep. Breakfast was average, no bowl of fruit salad and the hot food is left out under heat lamps and didn’t always look very appetising.

Summary: Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel

Negative: When checking in to our room, I discovered that there was active carpet moth in the room, which upon telling reception about, they did not appear at all suprised! Also very poor cleanliness.
