Summary: The staff was great in answering questions. Very patient when I asked about arranging a taxi for an excursion for the entire day. Set me up with a cab driver that they do business with on a regular basis and I received a discounted rate.

Summary: The staff was super helpful and accommodating! I do not speak spanish and they were very gracious, kind and patient. Everyone was very hospitable! The hotel was beautifully decorated! A very Classy and welcoming environment!
