Positive: This was an exceptional unit. Everything you need is included. The hosts are wonderful and available for any questions you may have.

Negative: The only thing I didn’t “like” about the property (and this is because I have to put something in this box-wasn’t a huge deal breaker for me) was the parking situation. I drive a van and it was a tight squeeze to fit in the garage.

Positive: We liked how well it was decorated and just steps from the ocean. It is a quiet place and great to relax, read, or just take in the sites while listening to the ocean waves. Their guest to host communication and to detail was impeccable. All the little touches, like snacks, beverages, bathroom necessities, besides the normal, shampoo, conditioner, etc. It was a very, very nice stay

Negative: We didn't like the crazy fan remotes, no biggie. Although, the fans worked great after we played with the remotes.

Summary: On the other side of the Gulf for waves and getaway.

Positive: This was by far the best property we’ve stayed at in the Daytona area. It was immaculate. The location is great - quiet and just across from a lovely stretch of beach. Great communication with the host. Plus many thoughtful touches to make the stay both more comfortable and welcoming. Clearly they thought about the whole experience for the guest!

Negative: Nothing.
