Positive: The hotel was good but it did not have an elevator. The staff were very helpful and ready to carry the bags but for people with disability the hotel was not so good.

Negative: Like I said, the elevator was missing.

Negative: I book an accommodation in the hotel because of I intend to have a spa treatment, unfortunately getting to the hotel we were told that the spa isn’t working at the moment, honestly I felt I was scammed, it was disappointing.
