Summary: Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend This hotel was by far the worst of the five we stayed at during our time in Bali. We booked a deluxe pool room, but instead of a nice pool view, we were stuck looking at an unused, dirty pool. While they did have another pool that was in better condition, it felt frustrating to have been placed in a room overlooking such an unappealing sight. There were multiple issues throughout our stay. Our check-in was delayed by 30 minutes, and the room quality was very basic, with a run-down bathroom that was far from acceptable. For a hotel with high reviews, the poor room and bathroom conditions were shocking. The service was equally disappointing. We ordered food and drinks, but the drinks were forgotten, and when I raised this, there was no follow-up. The assistant initially offered to waive our lunch bill as an apology for the issues, but later changed it to drinks only. At checkout, I was surprised to see that I was still being charged for the drinks, and it took them another 5 minutes to sort it out after I questioned the bill. To add to the confusion, I was told one price for a taxi to the airport, but when we checked out, the hotel charged me a lower price. I questioned this, and they insisted it was correct. However, during the ride to the airport, the driver received a phone call saying we had underpaid. This was very frustrating, especially since the confusion was entirely on the hotel's end. Overall, the service was poor

Summary: We had a beautiful stay at the Origin Lombok. The pool area was stunning and felt Tranquil and idilyic. There were great food options and was to a high standard. The staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is a 10minute drive to the main town, the reception team were on hand to order us taxi’s. Would reccomend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Lombok.

Summary: Super nice hotel. Could be more taken care of but for what you pay it’s an extreme bargain.The spa is the weakest link, the food and staff the strongest. Breakfast is average

Summary: The hotel is in a really quiet location surrounded by Indonesian jungle together with wildlife. The gardens were amazing. The Indonesian food was great, but the western food needs work. Breakfast was OK, but could also do with improving. The only real issue we had was with the bathroom sewage system, throughout the day sewage smells would seap from the drains and toilets. Other than that, the place is great and would stay again if we came back to Lombok.

Summary: Origin is comfortable and Cosy place and has good facilities . Just wish the hygiene level could be improved with issues of flies and mosquitoes and general cleaning of rooms. Especially during breakfast the food and dining area was swarmed with flies.

Summary: The room was very good and comfortable. Easy for us to fall asleep after a long day. Had a small problem with the toilet as there was an unusual smell everytime after flushing. But hotel managed to give us a bottle of air freshener to spray after using the toilet so it's fine. Should be a one off thing. The plastic electric kettle should be replaced to a metal one as it sheds white substances everytime we boiled it. Food was great! Unlucky for us, it was also the rainy season so we had a difficult time enjoying it with the countless number of flies around. It's not just in Origin but the whole of lombok. Staff there was great nonetheless with their service 👍 easy to communicate through whatsapp as well.

Summary: Everything was great... my only issue was room service stopped at 10:30. Flights arrive at 21:30 and it’s an issue if you can’t eat after a long journey. Otherwise perfect
