Summary: What i planned first time on the Hotels.com. The total stay with insurance was not satisfied at all. Mistakenly used Hotels.com. Tried to call your number from local number as well International seems after sale service is below standard. Similarly hotels didn't take seriously.

Summary: Our stay got off to a bad start. We booked a family suite 3months before arrival, for me my wife and 2 young daughters. When we arrived we were told there was no family suite so could have 2 separate rooms next door to each other. It wasn't ideal but we had no choice but to accept. I didn't get a clear answer as to whether there were no family suites or there were some but they had been double booked. After that our stay was fine. Breakfast is good, staff were friendly and the hotel was nice and clean and comfortable. Our kids especially enjoyed the small pool in the basement after hot days walking around the city sites.

Summary: I spent one week in this hotel with my sister. The location of the hotel is perfect, metro and tram stations are within walking distance. Most of the attractions are also well accessible. Very good service: Kemal and Sinan were very friendly and gave us valuable tips😊

Summary: Everything was very good except the room size is small and the tram path is very close to the hotel so there is a little of noise when passing by

Summary: This hotel is outdated and in need of significant renovation. The bathroom towels are very old and nearly resemble cleaning rags. The sink in the bathroom was leaking, adding to the inconvenience. The reception staff have limited English proficiency, making communication difficult. The breakfast buffet offers the same traditional Turkish breakfast every day, with no alternative options available. Otherwise centrally located near all the major attractions within walking distance and plenty of restaurants around the hotel.
