Positive: Had a room over the road side and it was noisy. Asked to move and they gave us an excellent room over the front of the hotel. Staff were super nice about changing rooms. Close to really nice coffee and breakfast/lunch spots

Negative: 1st room at the back of the hotel.

Negative: The staff at the reception wasn't professional, it was a gift for my parents 50th anniversary and they received a message saying a gift was waiting for them, but all they got in the room was a bottle of water
