Positive: *The playground for kids great. *Breakfast excellent! *Receptions girls and cleaning ladies were SUPER nice. I forgot two jackets with my keys and some money in the pockets, and the receptionist was very kind and helped arrange delivery to my home. To be honest, I was expecting the money to be gone, but I was wrong!! I even got some souvenir cookies. ❤️

Negative: *Swimming pool was a bit crowded, too small for the size of the hotel, but its okay. I had a kid and she loved it, but if i will be just with my couple the experience will be other ( too many kids on the pool lol)

Positive: Hotel for Families with kids, a lot of opportunities for them to play and feel amazed. Parents and kids have connected rooms and they didn't forget about kids slippers, bathrobe and amenities. For the kids there is available ice-cream, popcorn, candies - what they always want :)

Negative: Pretty crowdy on christmas holidays and pool area too small for such a large hotel - got a conveyor feeling. Strange that when You want to visit SPA (in bathrobe) you must go past hotel main entrance.
