Positive: We stayed at Order Residence in Chiang Rai during our family trip to make merit at Doi Tung. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the pick-up point for the bus to Doi Tung. We loved that 7-Eleven delivery could be sent directly to the accommodation. Check-in was smooth – we received the key code via Line, and communication with the host was quick and easy. The room was clean, had Netflix for relaxing after a long day, and there was also parking available. We highly recommend Order Residence for anyone visiting Chiang Rai – especially if you’re planning a trip to Doi Tung.:)

Positive: EVERYTHING. FELT LIKE HOME!

Negative: Two things 1. We stayed in E5. The opposite room to that had heavy DURIAN SMELL. PLEASE forbid people from carrying that horrible stink into a public property 2. Someone moved by BMW 1250 to the side to park his car. Make sure this doesn't happen!

Positive: Very pleasant hotel located in a relatively quiet area but not too far from anything with a very easy check in procedure via Line the only minor issue would be the lack of a light switch or lamp anywhere close to the bed and the fact that the car park is a bit small for the number of rooms within the hotel so will often get full to overflowing

Negative: small ant infestation...I don't know if it was only our room or in other rooms too. They are harmless but just couldn't leave any food out.
