The villa is modern, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness, layout, and spacious design. The private pool was a highlight – clean, well-kept, and perfect for afternoon lounging or evening swims. The beach is just a short walk away, and the sunsets were absolutely stunning. The villa’s location gave us the perfect balance between peace and privacy, yet it was just a short drive to Zadar for day trips and dining out. The hosts were incredibly helpful and welcoming, always available to answer any questions or offer tips on local attractions. We especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, the grill area, and the comfortable outdoor terrace, where we spent most evenings

Positive: Beautiful modern small villa with pool. Well equipped for a comfortable being there (we stayed for 1 week). An excellent connection between the interior and the exterior with large sliding doors to the terrace with seating. Nice and helpful owner with his son. They tried to promptly solve the deficiencies that arose after the previous tenants. There is a local beach near the house and a village beach not far away.

Negative: Nothing that bothered me and needed to be mentioned. Just trifles: sometimes when we sat on the terrace we could smell the chlorine from the pool (it probably has to be) and instead of live flowers, there were artificial ones in the interior.
