Positive: Got a good room road facing, cleaning and the amenities were top notch. The best part was the breakfast and the tender coconut water so refreshing in such a hot and humid climate.

Negative: Location was iffy. No good restaurants or cafes in the vicinity. No place to walk.

Positive: I appreciate their hospitality and service standards, which beyond my expectation firstly they upgraded my room and provided me with some special complimentary snacks. The front desk staff were very humble and professional. The Breakfast was too good with coconut water specially.

Positive: Everything among this room was very good. I like the reception. It was very spacious and very accommodating. I like the behavior of the staff. They were very friendly and seemed very professional at what they do. I also liked the space in the room. It was very spacious and there was no complaints about any bloodlines. Everything was very nicely organized.

Negative: Everything about this property was very good except we did not like when the hot water was not coming out from the geyser. We wanted to have a bath after we arrived very early morning as our train reached Nagpur station at around 4:30 AM. We noticed that there was no hot water in the bathroom.
