Positive: It's great that you take the keys and can come whenever you want.

Negative: The place where the keys are hidden is quite dark. There was a problem with the balcony door that wouldn't close. Everything was fixed the next day, but it made my stay unpleasant.

Summary: Adequate accommodation for a good price, but cleanliness is poor, and I'm not picky.
