Positive: A big thank you to the team at Orange County Belek. What made our stay more enjoyable was the attitude of the staff. Most of them were smiling, polite and quick to help whenever we had a question. The hotel itself has a nice design and a lot going on, so there is never really a dull moment. We had a few small things that could have been better, but overall the experience was definitely positive.

Negative: Food was always the same bland and tasteless Room was not cleaben each day even though they said it wouls be . Had to ask for freah towels tokirt paper eaxh day x somw staff memebers we very rude. My grand daughyer had sickness and we asked for help to change the beds and clean room . Honestly please avoid this hotel . So much better places for what they are charging here
Summary: Avoid here not 5 stars food posiong we had as not cooked food or hot dont eat the sushi please
