Positive: Staff is amazing, and the neighborhood has a great set of parks just a 2 minute walk away. There are a few pochas/restaurants on the same street, and access to 3 different convenience stores within a 2 minute walk of each other. If you don't want to be in the heart of Seoul during your stay, this is a great option! Very quiet and peaceful area. I like the deluxe rooms - the bathrooms are large and feel luxurious, and I enjoy having a balcony for fresh air. The room size is also really really great! I make sure to stay here for at least a few days each time I go to Korea.

Negative: Room service ends a bit early, but otherwise no complaints

Positive: Mostly, I do not have complaints.

Negative: The food was lack of flavor. Especially fish. One morning, I had one piece of salmon but I couldn't eat it all. It was kind of plain & fishy. I had cod most mornings. It had little flavor and the texture wasn't moist.
