Positive: Spacious room with extra beds. Comfortable bed and pillows. Having a washing machine, the view of the ocean.

Negative: The refrigerator was dirty inside and out. The fridge didn’t seem to cool as well as it should.

Positive: The location was perfect, just next to hospital where I had to spend a couple of days due to a medical procedure. The apartment was spacious and roomy.

Negative: While the site said, breakfast served at apartment, they didnt serve breakfast. The airconditioning did not work in the one of the bedrooms and had to be fixed the next day

Positive: well equipped kitchen large and spacious rooms.

Negative: No Foxtel, not very clean ,couch was grotty and needed to be replaced

Negative: the unit was not clean even though we had to wait for the cleaner to return the keys. all the glass and counters tables etc had not been cleaned showers had built up soap scum on glass.

Summary: I have stayed here several times but not in this unit. I would not recommend This booking agent. had to drive to Surfers
