Positive: Great location. Nice facilities

Negative: Minor quibble but our request to have beds split to be singles in both rooms was denied and told had to have queen in one. But that queen bed was actually 2 singles pushed together so could easily have been split. Not a big deal tho.

Positive: The location was fantastic and the facilities such as the pool and gym were great.

Negative: The room booked was a superior luxury room which was far from that. The room needed a good clean and renovation. So much dust behind the furniture, along the windows, windows were dirty, carpet and tiles were stained as well as the blinds were dirty and some wouldn't roll all the way down. The description didn't match the room.

Negative: Noise, 2 of 4 lifts not working for 9day stay(delayed coming & going) wind constantly whistling through apartment, not enough lounge seating for 4 people, not enough kitchenware for 4 people- it was like odds & ends, only soup spoons for cereal/desert. Shower head & drains need looking at to make more functional

Negative: The car parking system is quite frustrating when others park in your allocated space. Without being able to contact the office it has a flow on effect when you have to park elsewhere.
