Positive: Rooms were amazing. Really surprised. Staff was super friendly. Room size was perfect.

Negative: Lighting in halls were a bit dark. Probably because of the war. Also it takes about 3 minutes to get hot water going.

Positive: So many have left. They are still there, and they offer the best value for money. Times are tough, though, and they still put out a magisterial effort in very difficult circumstances, and I think this deserves to be acknowledged and encouraged. I saw the staff be a little on edge - which is normal when you're woken up by air raid alarms - but they put up a brave face and are incredibly helpful. I will be back to Kyiv, and I will stay at the Podil Plaza.
