Summary: The check in staff is nice people good attentions, the hotel has too SMALL elevator, for the room service staff are nice people too … the amenities good quality, the room are little smaller to accommodate a couple because one bed side are laying to the wall

Summary: We ordered cappuccinos and the person made them from the self serve machine and put them in a mug instead of taking the time to make them properly by hand. Also our instant coffee maker was not working in the room. The beds were a but stiff. Alex was very good. Location is great. We were happy overall.

Summary: The room quality doesn’t match the lobby aesthetically - I’d consider the rooms pretty basic. Bed was ok - pillows were nice. The person who checked us in couldn’t have been less interested in the customer service experience. The area seemed nice and location was close to a train station that made it easy to get to the airport. Glad we only stayed here the one night.
